Peach Salad with Blueberries and Thyme

- Donut Peaches 4 pieces
- Nectarines 4 pieces
- Fresh Berries 10 fl oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 teaspoons
- Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 teaspoon
- Water 5 fl oz
- Sugar 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook until syrupy. Let cool.
Step 2
Cut the peaches and nectarines into small pieces. Transfer to a bowl and add blueberries, cooled syrup, thyme, ginger, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Gently mix.
Step 3
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
