  • Wheat Flour 1½ cups
  • Sour Cream 10 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces

  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Donut Peaches 15 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Beat the egg yolks with 1 cup of sugar.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix sour cream, egg yolks with sugar, baking soda, and flour.

Step 3

Grease a deep baking dish with butter and lightly dust with flour.

Step 4

Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake in an oven preheated to 375°F until golden brown.

Step 5

Whip the egg whites with 1 cup of sugar until stiff peaks form, and cut the peaches into small pieces.

Step 6

Remove the golden crust from the oven, place the fruits on top, and pour the whipped egg whites over them.

Bake in the oven until a golden crust forms.
