Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Kefir 1 glass
- Sugar 1 glass
- Ghee 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 2 glasses
- Baking Powder ½ spoons
- Vanillin ½ spoons
- Donut Peaches 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix 3 eggs, 1 cup of kefir, 1 cup of sugar, and 100 g of butter.
Step 2
Sift 2 cups of flour, 1 packet of baking powder, and 1 packet of vanilla sugar separately.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients together and pour the batter into the molds. Place the sliced peaches into each mold.
Step 4
Bake at 390°F for 25–30 minutes.
