Peach ice cream
Ingredients
- Donut Peaches 25 oz
- Honey 2 spoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 spoons
- Egg white 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small saucepan, pour in 100 ml of water, add honey, and cook for five minutes. Let it cool.
Step 2
Peel the peaches and puree them using a blender. Set aside two cups of the puree in a bowl, mix it with the syrup and lemon juice, and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
Step 3
Lightly beat the egg whites, add them to the peach-sugar puree, mix well, and place in the freezer for three hours.
