Peach Dessert with Blackberries in Sparkling Wine

Ingredients

  • Honey 3 tablespoons
  • Donut Peaches 2 pieces
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1½ tablespoons
  • Grated Lemon Zest 1 teaspoon
  • Serviceberries 15 oz
  • Non-alcoholic sparkling wine 1.30 cups

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a saucepan, combine honey and lemon juice and heat until the honey dissolves. Remove from heat and add lemon zest. Cool for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, dip the peaches in boiling water for 30–40 seconds, slightly cool, and remove the skin. Cut into small pieces. Transfer to a bowl.

Step 3

Add blackberries and honey syrup to the peaches. Mix well and divide into dessert cups.

Step 4

Before serving, pour over with sparkling wine.
