Peach crumble with hazelnuts and raisins
Ingredients
- Canned Peaches 30 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Demerara Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Place the peach pieces in a heatproof dish (2 liters).
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix the chopped butter, sugar, and flour, and rub together with your hands until crumbly. Add the chopped nuts and raisins, and mix. Sprinkle the mixture over the peaches (you can also sprinkle a little extra sugar on top).
Step 4
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown. Serve on plates or in bowls, drizzled with custard.
