Ingredients

  • Farm fresh eggs 5 pieces
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Salt a pinch
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Milk 0 fl oz
  • Donut Peaches 25 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 2 teaspoons
  • Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoons

Step 1

Sift the flour.

Step 2

Beat the eggs with sugar until smooth.

Step 3

Add flour, salt, sour cream, and mix.

Step 4

Gradually pour in the milk.

Step 5

Wash the peaches, cut them in half, and remove the pits. Slice the flesh into thin slices.

Step 6

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, place the peaches inside. Pour the batter on top and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for about 40 minutes.

Step 7

When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with a slice of peach.
