Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Ground Almonds 5 oz
- Grated Lemon Zest 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Butter 10 oz
- Grated Chocolate 0 oz
- Homemade Cheese 20 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Vanilla Protein Powder 1 packet
- Canned Peaches 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour into a bowl, add the lemon zest, 75 grams of softened butter, almonds, and one egg. Whisk everything together with a hand mixer until a smooth dough forms and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with almonds, and tightly press the dough into the dish, raising it along the edges. Prick the bottom of the crust multiple times with a fork, cover the dish with a double layer of parchment paper, place it on an inverted plate, and bake the crust for 3–4 minutes at full power.
Step 3
Thoroughly squeeze the cheese in cheesecloth.
Step 4
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks with the remaining butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually add the cheese and pudding powder. Whip the egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form and fold them into the cheese mixture. Spread the mixture over the dough and top with drained peach halves. Bake the cake for 25–27 minutes at medium power.
Step 5
Let the cake cool in the dish, then remove it.
