Pea Soup with Smoked Chicken
Ingredients
- Potato 10 oz
- Crushed ice 10 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Croutons 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Smoked Chicken 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the peas overnight.
Step 2
Cook the peas until they are pureed.
Step 3
Boil the drumstick in salted water, adding the chopped potato and half of the carrot.
Step 4
Sauté the finely chopped onion with the remaining carrot in vegetable oil.
Step 5
Mash the cooked potato and carrot in the broth, add the pea puree and sautéed onion. Season with salt.
Step 6
Remove the drumstick from the bone and add it to the soup.
Step 7
Serve with finely chopped herbs, croutons, and sour cream.
