Ingredients
- Pea shoots 15 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Parsley 5 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 10 oz
- Water 0 qt
- Onion 0 oz
- Fat 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Marjoram to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sort the peas, wash them, and soak in cold boiled water for several hours. Cook in the same water. When the peas soften, add salt.
Step 2
Prepare broth from the bacon and vegetables. Strain the peas through a sieve and pour in the strained broth.
Step 3
Peel and chop the onion, sauté until light golden with the flour. Dilute with cold water to a smooth mixture. Add to the soup and bring to a boil. Season to taste with garlic, crushed with salt and marjoram. Add the bacon, cut into cubes.
Step 4
Serve with croutons.
