Ingredients

  • Snap Peas 0 oz
  • Rice 0 oz
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Tomato Puree 0 fl oz
  • Clarified Butter 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Put the sorted and rinsed split peas in a pot, cover with cold water, and cook until soft.

Step 2

After that, add the sorted and rinsed rice.

Step 3

Finely chop the onion and sauté in butter until golden brown.

Step 4

Add to the soup.

Step 5

Also add the tomato puree.

Step 6

Season with salt.

Step 7

Chop the mint and add it as well.

Step 8

Cook the soup until the rice is ready.
