Pea Soup with Ribs
Ingredients
- Pork Skewers 15 oz
- Pea shoots 10 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Carrot 1 piece
- Potato 3 pieces
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a pot of boiling water, add the peas and cook for about 1 hour. Cut the pork ribs and cook them together with the peas in the broth.
Step 2
Dice the onion and carrot into medium cubes and sauté them in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 3
Once the peas are cooked, add the diced potatoes, the sautéed mixture, and spices, and cook until the potatoes are done.
Step 4
Garnish with finely chopped parsley and let it steep for 10 minutes before serving.
