- Pea shoots 1 cup
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Cauliflower 5 oz
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Water 0 qt
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Turmeric ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the peas and soak them overnight.
Step 2
The next day, rinse the peas again and cover them with water so that it is 3 cm above the peas, as they will cook faster in a smaller amount of water. Cook the peas until soft, adding water if necessary.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes and carrot into cubes, and the cauliflower into small florets.
Step 4
Add more water to the soup so that the total volume is about 1.5 l. When it boils, add the vegetables and the bay leaves, turmeric, and a piece of butter. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
Step 5
Then add salt, spices to taste, and sour cream. After 1-2 minutes, turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
