Ingredients
- Pea shoots 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Potato 5 oz
- Plums 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sort the peas, rinse them, place them in a pot, cover with cold water, and cook until soft.
Step 2
Add peeled, rinsed, and roughly chopped potato to the pot with peas.
Step 3
Peel, chop, and sauté the onion in the clarified butter.
Step 4
Toast the flour, dilute it with the broth. Add to the soup.
Step 5
Add pre-soaked dried plums to the soup.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Cook the soup until the potato is done.
Step 8
Serve, garnished with chopped herbs.
