- Meat 20 oz
- Pea shoots 10 oz
- Root Vegetables 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Cook the meat broth.
Step 2
Add the pre-soaked peas to the broth and cook for about 1.5 hours.
Step 3
Chop the washed and peeled root vegetables and onion into small cubes, lightly sauté in oil, and add to the soup 15–20 minutes before serving, adding salt.
