
Pea Soup with Chicken and Smoked Meats

Description
The broth is made from chicken and smoked meats, and again, if you want a very delicate, subtle flavor, add the smoked meats at the end, directly into the bowl, leaving the chicken in the pot as the main component.
Ingredients
- Poultry 1 piece
- Semi-Smoked Sausage to taste
- Potato 2 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Bay leaf to taste
- Salt to taste
- Crushed ice 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the pieces of chicken and smoked meat in water and boil for about an hour. Add the soaked peas and continue to cook for another hour.
Step 2
Then add the diced potatoes 10 minutes before the soup is done — the grated carrots and chopped onions, and finally, salt and bay leaf.
Step 3
When serving, sprinkle the soup with fresh herbs.
