Pavlova Dessert with Raspberries and Granola

Ingredients

  • Sugar 10 oz
  • Vinegar essence 1 teaspoon
  • Raspberry leaves 5 oz
  • Granola 0 oz
  • Condensed Milk 1 tablespoon
  • Egg white 4 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F. We will reduce the temperature later.

Step 2

Whip the egg whites, gradually adding sugar. At the end, add vinegar and whip again. Spread on parchment paper and bake for 60–90 minutes at 285°F.

Step 3

Wash the raspberries and mix them with condensed milk.

Step 4

When the cooking time is up, do not take the Pavlova out!!! Let it cool in the oven, as it may collapse.

Step 5

Top with raspberries and sprinkle with granola.
