Ingredients
- Pattypan Squash 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- Dill to taste
- Cayenne Pepper to taste
- Turmeric a pinch
- Toasted Cumin Seeds to taste
- Coriander essential oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast the cumin and coriander seeds in a dry skillet. Grind them.
Step 2
Peel the pattypan squash and remove the seeds, grate it on a coarse grater, add salt, eggs, flour, and spices.
Step 3
Fry the fritters in olive oil.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce: blend yogurt, salt, garlic, and dill.
Step 5
Serve the fritters with the prepared sauce.
