Description

You can use whatever filling you like. I usually make them with potatoes and with rice and minced meat.

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 0 lbs
  • Dry yeast 0 oz
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Water 25 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pour in 1 kg of flour.

Step 2

Sprinkle the yeast on the flour (I use 1 packet of 'Saf-Moment').

Step 3

Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, ½ teaspoon of salt, and a little more than ½ cup of vegetable oil.

Step 4

Pour everything with water and knead the dough.

Step 5

Cover and place in a warm spot.

Step 6

After half an hour, knead again and set aside. After another half hour, repeat the procedure.

Step 7

Carefully divide the risen dough into 30 pieces and prepare the patties.

Step 8

Fry in a deep fryer or in a pan with 500 ml of vegetable oil.

Step 9

For the potato filling, boil the potatoes, mash them, and mix with onions fried in vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. For the rice filling, boil the rice, and fry the minced meat with onions in a pan; mix rice and minced meat in a 1:1 ratio. Add pepper and salt to taste.
