Ingredients

  • Puff Pastry 5 oz
  • Mango 1 piece
  • Papaya flesh ½ piece
  • Lime 1 piece
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 5 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 220°C.

Step 2

Roll out the thawed pastry thinly and place it in muffin tins. Use a piece of foil to press the pastry into the tin and bake for about 8 minutes without removing the foil. Let cool, remove the foil, and take out from the tins.

Step 3

Peel the mango and remove the pit. Peel the papaya and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into very thin slices.

Step 4

Whip the mascarpone until fluffy with the powdered sugar, lime juice, and lime zest.

Step 5

Fill the baked pastry shells with the cream and decorate with slices of mango and papaya.
