  • Butter 5 oz
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour 3 cups
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Beans 1 piece
  • Cottage cheese 5 oz
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Melt the butter, add the sour cream and baking powder, and mix. Gradually add the flour. Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Divide the dough into 20 balls, slightly larger than a walnut. Then refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.

Step 2

For the filling, mash the banana with a fork into a puree, add flour, sugar, cottage cheese, and vanilla sugar, and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Roll each ball into a rectangle, place the filling on one side, fold the other side over, pinch the edges, and shape it like a banana; place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg, and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.

Step 4

Cool down and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
