Description
Almond can easily be replaced with shredded coconut in the same volume.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Sugar 1 cup
- Cocoa Powder 4 tablespoons
- Matzah 5 oz
- Ground Almonds 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat with sugar.
Step 2
Lightly beat the yolks with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
Step 3
Combine the ground almonds with the matzah meal and mix with the yolks, then gently fold in the egg whites.
Step 4
Mix and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Form into balls and roll in cocoa powder. They are ready to sell.
