Passover Brownies
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Almond 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add the egg yolks to the whipped butter that has been softened and mixed with sugar.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and combine it with the butter mixture, then add the finely ground almonds.
Step 3
Add the egg whites whipped to a stiff peak and gently fold them in.
Step 4
Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 355°F. Allow to cool and cut into squares.
