Ingredients
- Chopped Sage Leaves 10 oz
- Semolina 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Water 20 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil, add salt, and stir in the parsley.
Step 2
Whisk the egg yolks and add the semolina. Use a teaspoon to scoop the mixture and drop it into the boiling soup (wet the spoon in water each time).
Step 3
Sauté the flour in the butter, and when the dumplings are almost cooked through, stir it into the soup. Let it simmer on the stove for another 7–8 minutes.
