Description
Instead of rice flour, you can use starch.
Ingredients
- Glutinous Rice Flour 2 tablespoons
- Milk 0 qt
- 10% cream ½ liter
- Sugar 1 cup
- Chopped almonds 1 cup
- Ground Nutmeg 1 teaspoon
- Whipped Cream to taste
- Fresh Mint to taste
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve the rice flour in a glass of cold milk. Combine the remaining milk with the cream in a saucepan and heat over medium heat for 3–4 minutes. Add the finely chopped pistachios.
Step 2
Slowly pour in the milk with the flour while stirring. Add the sugar, nutmeg, and lemon zest. Cook on low heat until thickened.
Step 3
Pour into dessert cups. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream and mint.
