Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the sauce, bring the sugar to a boil with the butter, then add the cream and cook until it reaches a sauce-like consistency.
Step 2
For the panna cotta, bring the cream to a boil, add the other ingredients, and lastly incorporate the gelatin. Pour into molds and let set.
Step 3
Prepare the sweet popcorn from the packet in the microwave.
Step 4
Heat the sugar until it becomes liquid caramel, coat the prepared popcorn in it, and transfer to a silicone mat.
Step 5
Break into segments.
Step 6
Serve the panna cotta drizzled with the sauce, accompanied by sweet popcorn and berries.
