
Panna Cotta with Strawberry Sauce (Quick Method)

Description
The richer the cream you use, the tastier your panna cotta will be.
Ingredients
- 10% cream 15 fl oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Strawberry 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in 5 tablespoons of hot water and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the cream and milk until boiling, but do not boil. Turn off the heat, add sugar and vanilla, and stir.
Step 3
Add the gelatin. Mix well.
Step 4
Heat again until hot. Stir well once more. Pour into molds. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Step 5
Blend the strawberries and sugar in a blender. Spread over the panna cotta. Bon Appetit!!!
