  • Milk 15 fl oz
  • 33% Cream 15 fl oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Gelatin 0 oz
  • Vanilla Pod 5 pieces
  • Strawberry 30 oz
  • Gingerbread-flavored syrup 0 fl oz
  • Mint 0 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the milk with sugar and add the vanilla pods. Bring to a boil.

Step 2

Soak the gelatin and melt it in a water bath, then add it to the warm milk. Cool the resulting mixture.

Step 3

Whip the cream.

Step 4

Then incorporate the milk into the cream, pour into molds, and place in the refrigerator.

Step 5

For decoration, slice the strawberries, add a bit of sugar and a splash of lemon juice, mix until syrupy, and place on top. Garnish with a mint leaf.
