  • Cream 22% 20 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Gelatin 0 oz
  • Vanilla salt 0 oz
  • Water 5 fl oz
  • Passion Fruit 5 oz

Prepare all necessary ingredients.

Soak the gelatin (10 g) in cold water (60 ml).

In a saucepan, combine the cream, sugar (60 g), and vanilla sugar. Bring to a boil.
