Description

This recipe was shared with us by chef John Smith from a popular American restaurant. It was prepared during an expedition to the Kola Peninsula at Camp Adventure.

Ingredients

  • Lingonberry 5 oz
  • Cranberry 5 oz
  • Sugar 0 oz
  • Starch film 0 oz
  • Vodka 5 fl oz
  • Fermented Milk 15 fl oz
  • Gelatin 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sprinkle the berries with sugar and let them sit for a while to release their juice.

Step 2

Bring everything to a boil over low heat, add a little water mixed with starch. Stir with a spoon, add vodka, and set aside.

Step 3

Soak the gelatin in cold water for 30 minutes. Heat it gently until fully dissolved, then add the buttermilk and whisk to combine. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 4

Place cold sour milk jelly in a bowl, alongside slightly warm cranberry and lingonberry kissel.
