Ingredients
- Coconut Milk 10 fl oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Passion Fruit 2 pieces
- Black Pomegranate Molasses 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add cream and sugar to the coconut milk, bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Dissolve the gelatin in cold water, then add it to the warm milk and mix thoroughly. Pour into dessert cups and refrigerate for 3–4 hours.
Step 3
Before serving, garnish with pomegranate seeds and slices of passion fruit.
