Ingredients
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Water 0 fl oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Vanilla salt to taste
- Baileys Liqueur 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the water and gelatin.
Step 2
Combine the cream with sugar, vanilla, and milk, and place over low heat. Stir the mixture constantly.
Step 3
Wait for it to boil. Immediately after boiling, stir vigorously and add the dissolved gelatin.
Step 4
Remove from heat immediately. Add the liqueur.
Step 5
Pour into molds and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
