Ingredients

  • Potato 5 oz
  • Pangasius 30 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • White Pepper (whole) to taste
  • Vegetable Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Clean the fish, gut it, rinse well, and separate the fillet from the backbone, bones, and skin.

Step 2

Cut the fillet into large pieces of approximately equal size.

Step 3

Peel the potato and cut it into thin slices, finely chop the onion, and grate the carrot on a fine grater.

Step 4

Boil the potato in salted water.

Step 5

Sauté the onion and carrot in vegetable oil, season with salt and white pepper.

Step 6

When the potato is halfway cooked, add the pieces of pangasius, onion, and carrot.

Step 7

Cook for another 15 minutes.
