  • Kefir 1 cup
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Clarified Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla salt ½ teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Mint 7 leaves
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt ¼ teaspoon
  • Strawberry to taste
  • Activated Baking Soda ¼ teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For the pancakes, mix the dry and wet ingredients separately. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones, stirring with a whisk, but be careful not to overmix. The batter should not be kneaded too much; otherwise, the pancakes will not be fluffy. The finished batter should be thick and lumpy. Heat the skillet well, pour in a little oil, and use a tablespoon to drop the batter. Fry on low heat. Once bubbles appear on the surface, you can flip them. To keep the pancakes fluffy after frying, do not stack them on top of each other.

Step 2

For the strawberry-mint sauce, place the chilled clean strawberries in a blender, chop the mint leaves and add them to the strawberries, and also add sugar to taste. Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Place the finished pancakes on a plate, drizzle with the sauce, and garnish with a mint leaf.
