- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Low-fat lactose-free milk 5 fl oz

- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 0 oz
- Red Caviar 5 oz
- Gold Leaf Powder 0 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Make the dough: mix the milk and kefir and heat to 100°F.
Step 2
Add the fresh yeast.
Step 3
Whisk the salt, sugar, and egg in a mixer, then add the mixture of baking soda and baking powder. Gradually incorporate the flour in three additions.
Step 4
Bring the butter to a boil and pour it into the dough. Whip the mixture at maximum speed and let it rest for three hours, covered with plastic wrap.
Step 5
Shape the pancakes and fry them in a large amount of vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
Step 6
Whip the slightly melted butter with a whisk until airy, adding a little salt.
Step 7
Spread the cream and caviar (red or black) on the cooled pancakes, garnish the appetizer with pieces of gold leaf and green onions, and serve.
