Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Cotton Oil 1 tablespoon
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Green peppercorns ½ teaspoon
- Lemon 1 piece
- Cinnamon ½ piece
- Brown Sugar 10 oz
- Ground clove 3 pieces
- Pears 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk together the flour, egg, yolk, sugar, oil, vanilla, and gradually whisk in the milk. Place in a cool place for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Grind the black pepper. Place it in a saucepan, add lemon zest and juice, cinnamon, cloves, and sugar. Pour in 450 ml of water, bring to a boil, and simmer to make a syrup.
Step 3
Peel the pears, remove the cores, and slice them into thin long pieces. Place them in the syrup, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes until the pears are soft and translucent.
Step 4
Remove the pears from the syrup and set aside, discarding the lemon peel, cinnamon, and cloves. Boil the syrup until it reduces to 150 ml.
Step 5
Cook 6 pancakes. The pancake batter should be liquid.
Step 6
Spread the pear filling on the pancakes, roll them up, and drizzle with syrup.
