Ingredients
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Mineral water 10 fl oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Butter 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
All ingredients should be at room temperature. First, mix the milk and the egg.
Step 2
Then add the mineral water, sugar, and salt. Mix everything well.
Step 3
Melt the butter in the microwave and add it to the batter, whisking well.
Step 4
Gradually add the flour, whisking until smooth to avoid lumps. With the flour, it's important to add it gradually and ensure the batter has a consistency similar to liquid yogurt.
Step 5
The batter will be thin, perfect for making delicate pancakes.
Step 6
Heat the skillet and carefully pour the batter with a ladle, spreading it across the entire surface of the skillet.
Step 7
Fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown.
Step 8
Stack the pancakes, brushing each one with butter; you can also sprinkle sugar on the pancakes if you prefer them sweeter.
