
Pancakes with Mascarpone and Fresh Berries

- Egg white 2 pieces
- Salt ⅓ teaspoon
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
- Fresh Berries 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Make the pancakes. Mix the eggs and salt (⅓ teaspoon). Add 150 ml of milk, 125 ml of water, and mix. Add 125 g of flour, mix, then add another 1 cup of flour and a pinch of baking soda. Mix everything well.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan and add sunflower oil. Fry the pancakes. In the warm pancakes, add mascarpone cheese and roll them up.
Step 3
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with any fresh berries you desire.
