Description

Flour — 1 cup (400 ml). Vana Tallinn is an Estonian dark brown strong liqueur with a rum flavor. Captain Morgan — to create the magnificent Captain Morgan rum, sugarcane grown in Jamaica is used and flavored with spices. This rum is not only produced from Jamaican sugarcane but is also distilled there before being transported to England for aging of 2 years or more. It ranks sixth in the top 100 best-selling alcoholic beverages.

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • 3.2% Milk 15 fl oz
  • Rum 2 tablespoons
  • Liqueur 4 tablespoons
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Frozen black currant puree to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Separate the yolks from the whites, beat the whites with sugar until white foam forms.

Step 2

Mix the milk and flour with a whisk.

Step 3

Add the rum and liqueur. Mix well.

Step 4

Fold in the beaten egg whites into the mixture. You will get a very liquid batter.

Step 5

Use a ladle to pour onto the edge of the pan.

Step 6

Brush one side of the finished pancake with liqueur.

Step 7

Add jam and serve.
