Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Pork fat 0 oz
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Jam 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with sugar and salt, then add the milk and melted butter. Mix well.
Step 2
Gradually add the flour while stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Step 3
Fold in the whipped egg whites.
Step 4
Fry in a well-heated skillet greased with pork lard on both sides.
Step 5
Place half a teaspoon of jam in the center of each pancake, fold into quarters. Stack the finished pancakes in a pot, brushing each layer with melted butter.
