Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Milk 1 glass
- Water 1 glass
- Wheat Flour 1 glass
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
- Ghee to taste
- Butter to taste
- Honey to taste
- Fresh Berries to taste
- Salt 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Using a mixer, beat the eggs with salt until frothy.

Continue whisking while gradually adding hot water; the foam will double in volume.
Step 3
Pour in the cold milk while keeping the mixer running.
Step 4
Add the sifted flour and mix with a mixer until smooth.

Pour in the vegetable oil, mix again, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat a crepe pan well, lightly grease it with melted butter, and pour in enough batter to create a thin crepe. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
