- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Breadcrumbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To prepare the batter: mix the flour with two eggs, milk, and salt. Add chopped dill. Stir thoroughly. Cook thin pancakes.
Step 2
Boil 5 eggs and cut them into rounds. Slice the ham into thin pieces. Grate the cheese.
Step 3
Place ham on the pancakes, add two rounds of egg on top, and sprinkle with cheese. Fold the pancakes into envelopes.
Step 4
Beat the egg with salt. Dip the pancakes in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Fry the pancakes until golden brown.
