  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar 10 oz
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt a pinch
  • Vanillin to taste
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Coconut flakes to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Make the batter from 200 g of flour, 500 ml of milk, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and vanillin to taste. Prepare the pancakes.

Step 2

Mix 1 cup of sugar with 2 eggs. Then add 3 tablespoons of flour and vanillin. Pour in 2.5 cups of cold milk and mix until smooth (a mixer can be used). Place on medium heat and continuously stir until it comes to a boil. Add 70 g of butter. If you want the custard thicker, cook for 5-10 minutes until it thickens.

Step 3

Place a pancake on a board and trim the edges. On the edge of the pancake, place 2-3 tablespoons of custard, spreading it slightly, but leaving most of the custard at the edge. Carefully roll the pancakes into a tube. Repeat this with all the pancakes.

Step 4

If desired, sprinkle them with coconut flakes.
