- Buckwheat Groats 1 cup
- Milk 4 cups
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Liver 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons
- Onion 1 head
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead the batter for the pancakes.
Step 2
Fry thin pancakes of small diameter.
Step 3
Prepare the filling: fry the chicken liver, season with salt and pepper, chop into small pieces; mix with boiled mushrooms and fried onions.
Step 4
