Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Milk 1 cup
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt a pinch
- Vegetable Oil ½ tablespoon
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits 5 oz
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Cream 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the pancakes, you will need 250 grams of flour, 1 cup of milk or water, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 0.5 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 10 grams of yeast, and a pinch of salt. In a saucepan, warm the milk (or water) and dissolve the yeast, salt, and sugar.
Step 2
Break the egg and mix it in.
Step 3
Sift in the flour and pour in the vegetable oil.
Step 4
Knead the mixture and let it sit in a warm place for 3–4 hours, stirring a few times during this period. Fry in vegetable oil until cooked through.
Step 5
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add the cream.
Step 6
Add sugar to taste and the berries.
Step 7
Keep over the water bath until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens.
Step 8
Drizzle the finished pancakes with the sauce and garnish with mint.
