
Pancakes with Butter

Description
Place the pancakes on a plate and, while they are hot, put a piece of butter on top, and you can drizzle it with honey or syrup!
Ingredients
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Granulated sugar 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Warm the milk slightly and dissolve the yeast in it. Gradually add the sifted flour, knead the dough for 8–10 minutes until it becomes smooth, and place it in a warm place to rise for 2 hours.
Step 2
After the dough has risen, add the eggs, salt, and sugar, and let the dough rise a second time.
Step 3
Spoon the dough in small portions onto a well-heated skillet greased with vegetable oil, and fry on both sides.
