  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Cilantro to taste
  • Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
  • Sour Cream 5 oz

Prepare all the ingredients. Heat the milk to 105°F.

Whisk together 3 eggs with sugar and salt until the sugar is dissolved.

Pour in 100 ml of milk and stir.

Sift all the flour, add the baking soda, and mix thoroughly with a whisk until you achieve a smooth, thick, and sticky batter.

Gradually incorporate the remaining milk into the dough.

Add vegetable oil and mix again. Let the prepared dough rest for 15–20 minutes.

Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Mash it with a fork.
