Ingredients

  • Fermented Milk 15 fl oz
  • Salt a pinch
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Vanillin 0 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Wheat Flour 2½ cups
  • Activated Baking Soda a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

I made the mixture in a saucepan. First, place the butter in an empty saucepan and heat it until it melts and becomes liquid. Add the remaining ingredients to the saucepan and mix them to avoid lumps. Set the heat to the lowest setting and stir; when the mixture becomes smooth and lump-free, it is ready.

Step 2

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil spread across it. Stir the mixture with a ladle and pour it in small portions.

Step 3

Important! Never pour the mixture by moving the pan; simply pour the mixture into the center of the pan and wait. After 3–4 minutes, the formed pancake can be flipped and cooked until golden or brown.
