Description
The pancakes will turn out thin if the batter is elastic but liquid. Our recipe will help you understand how to achieve this. You will also need a thick-bottomed skillet: this way, the pancakes will cook evenly.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Water 10 fl oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Ghee 0 oz
- Salt 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with salt using a mixer until frothy.
Step 3
Continue whisking and gradually pour in the hot water.
Step 4
Pour in the cold milk.
Step 5
Add the sifted flour.
Step 6
Mix with a mixer and add the vegetable oil. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Preheat the skillet thoroughly. Lightly grease it with melted butter.
Step 8
Pour enough batter onto it to create a thin pancake.
Step 9
Fry for 1–2 minutes on one side.
Step 10
Flip the pancake and cook for another 1–2 minutes on the other side.
Step 11
Serve.
