Ingredients
- Millet 1 cup
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Cream 22% 30 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the batter for the pancakes: whisk the eggs with sugar, beat, then gradually add the cream while stirring constantly. Add the flour, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, salt, and mix well.
Step 2
Fry thin pancakes.
Step 3
Rinse the millet and boil it in a large amount of boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain in a sieve.
Step 4
Bring the milk to a boil, add the millet, and cook the porridge. Stir in half of the remaining butter.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with oil, layer several pancakes (about 4-5 pieces), then add the porridge, followed by more pancakes, repeating this several times, finishing with a layer of pancakes.
Step 6
Drizzle the casserole with the remaining melted butter and bake at 340°F for 20 minutes.
